DAY 1:

On arrival at the Guwahati airport, tour instructor, Phillip Ross will greet you and welcome you to the land of Rhinos (we will help you with arranging your travel from Guwahati to Kaziranga, at an extra cost at actuals). We soon find ourselves aboard a pre-arranged vehicle driving towards Kaziranga. Upon check-in at our lovely resort, we have an introductory session about Kaziranga and what’s in store for us for the next few days.

We end the night with a delicious dinner.

DAY 2:

We awake to the sweet calls of the birds found within the camp and after a hot cup of coffee or tea, we prepare to depart for the morning safari. We enter the forest early in the morning and reach the gates of one of the four zones of this beautiful park, our aim will be to get some amazing images of animals in the mist. As the mist rises, the beauty of this magical land becomes evident. After a fascinating drive, we return to the resort for breakfast. Phillip will now help all participants with a one-on-one image review session, so that the afternoon’s safari will be more productive.

We return to the forest in the afternoon, hoping to make images of more of the magnificent wildlife found here.

On our return at dusk, we will have another learning session on photography, and end the night with dinner.

DAY 3: The Day of the Gibbon

We start the day early, as we will be visiting the gorgeous Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary. Once we arrive at Gibbon, we spend the entire morning walking through this wonderland looking for the amazing primates that call this place home.

We drive back to our lodge for a late lunch and another lovely evening safari in Kaziranga.

We meet for a casual get-together and review images from the last 2 days, before we end the night with dinner.

DAY 4 & 5:

Over the next 2 days, we venture into gorgeous Kaziranga in the mornings and evenings, to try our luck with its amazing mammals and magnificent birds. By now, we will have a good understanding of the park and thus, we will use this day to nail every good photography opportunity we encounter.

We end each night with a celebratory dinner.
