DAY 1:

Participants are requested to arrive at Guwahati Airport by 10:30AM, and will be welcomed and greeted by tour instructor Phillip Ross. We soon find ourselves aboard a pre-arranged vehicle driving towards Kaziranga. We stop for lunch along the way, and upon check-in, we have an introductory session about Kaziranga and what’s in store for us for the next few days.

We end the night with a delicious dinner.

DAY 2:

We awake to the sweet calls of the birds found within the camp and after a hot cup of coffee or tea, we prepare to depart for the morning safari. We enter the forest early in the morning and reach the gates of one of the four zones of this beautiful park, our aim will be to get some amazing images of animals in the mist. As the mist rises, the beauty of this magical land becomes evident. After a fascinating drive, we return to the resort for breakfast. Phillip will now help all participants with a one-on-one image review session, so that the afternoon’s safari will be more productive.

We return to the forest in the afternoon, hoping to make images of more of the magnificent wildlife found here.

On our return at dusk, we will have another learning session on photography, and end the night with dinner.

DAY 3 & 4:

For the next 2 full days, we spend a great amount of time understanding the park and learn how to maximise our chances with some amazing opportunities, so that we can go take home the most incredible portfolio of this fascinating place.

Phillip will be with you on each safaris and talk you through changing the appropriate settings, giving you advice about composition and helping you with some interesting perspectives apart from helping track the wildlife of the park.

On one of the days, we will also go in search of the rare and elusive Western hoolock gibbon, the only ape specie of India.

We end the night with a celebratory dinner.

DAY 5:

After a final morning safari in beautiful Kaziranga , we gather for a final rendezvous over breakfast, before checking out and driving back to Guwahati Airport with a quick lunch stop along the way, where we are sure you won’t be able to wait to tell your friends and family some fascinating tales once you get back to your lovely homes.
