Looking for a fun, educational and creative activity for your child in Bangalore? This workshop combines hands-on activities, outdoor sessions and creative challenges led by experienced professionals, emphasising real-world experience over classroom lecture.
Children learn in small groups through practical assignments from professional photographers, in outdoor environments with a personalised approach. The curriculum balances technical and creative instruction: an introduction to digital photography, camera bodies, lenses and focal length, exposure settings (aperture, ISO, shutter speed), manual, aperture and shutter priority modes, exposure compensation, focusing, depth of field, composition, white balance, and camera care.

Two days, as they run
Day1
An introduction to digital photography, camera bodies, lenses and focal length, followed by hands-on practice with exposure settings - aperture, ISO and shutter speed - and manual, aperture and shutter priority modes.
Lunch, beverages and snacks are provided throughout the day.
Day2
A second day of outdoor assignments putting composition, white balance, depth of field and focusing technique into practice, with personalised feedback from the instructors.

Cancellation Fees
- 10% outside 30 days before the tour
- 25% between 29 and 22 days before the tour
- 50% between 21 and 15 days before the tour
- 75% between 14 and 8 days before the tour
- 100% within 7 days before the tour

Who is this workshop for?
Any child or teen between the ages of 11 and 17 is welcome to enrol. If your child is outside this age range and you’re interested in enrolling them, please talk to us.
How do I make the payment?

What equipment does my child need?
A DSLR or mirrorless camera is strongly recommended for the practical exercises. Camera rental assistance is available upon request.
